New book by Jason from Fantagraphics

If you are not familiar with the work of Norwegian graphic artist Jason then this is the perfect opportunity to do so. This new collection of stories called Low Moon is absolutely fantastic and a very good example of why I think he is one of the best storytellers in the graphic novel genre. Instead of just illustrating a story he uses the images and text as perfect partners to convey an often melancholy short story. After you've read this, I would recommend Hey Wait and The Left Bank Gang.

Bob Peak Gallery Event!

Oh how I wish I could be there. And, more importantly, if you really like me you'll buy me some prints - oh if I could only afford it.

Gig Posters Volume 1

If you haven't picked up a copy of the new Gig Posters Book then what are you waiting for? We're in it and so is pretty much everybody else who's anybody - It's a great book, it really is.

Includes 101 perforated and ready-to-hang posters along with hundreds of other poster images and designer biographies. Packaged in an oversized 11-by-14-inch paperback ( 208 pages ), Gig Posters Volume I is a spectacular compilation of rock show art (and a great way to decorate a dorm room or apartment).
